Ice T talks Hustling on Vlad TV [VIDEO]

It has become cliche now, 90% of most rap stars used to be involved with street activities before entering the rap game. The recent wave of rappers have bucked this trend, but it will take more new breed rappers to change this stereotype on rappers. Ice T is among the rappers who fit the mold of this stereotype.

Before the rap game, Ice T was a hustler and he credits what he learned on the streets to the success he has enjoyed as an entertainer. Ice T enjoyed a successful rap career and he took his act to Hollywood years later. The onetime “Cop Killa,” soon found himself playing one on television and has held the role for well over a decade.

But, it was the hustling mentality, which led to Ice T having the outlet to record “Cop Killa” and landing the job of portraying one on-screen. Ice T discussed this hustle during an interview with Vlad TV.
