Irv Gotti laments what could have been with Murder Inc. supergroup of Ja Rule, Jay-Z, and DMX

Back in the day, few could deny Jay-Z, DMX, and Ja Rule made the hottest trio in hip hop. Together, they were Murder Inc. and they appeared on tracks from some of the hottest artists of that time. Personal situations stopped the group from releasing an album, but the Murder Inc. label took off with Ja Rule as the leader.

Even though Ja Rule’s career took some damaging hits over the years, his early days always receive praise. As one of the fastest-rising new artists in the game, Ja Rule cemented his position as one of rap’s biggest figures. People looking back on his early career often wonder what could’ve been with Jay-Z and DMX.

Irv Gotti has the same questions and he has let this be known in almost every interview he has done on the subject. Over the weekend, Irv Gotti made a post on his Instagram about the Murder Inc.  super group. In the post, Irv Gotti talked about how he can relate to all three of the artists and he shouted them out.
