This season, the Boston Celtics were one of the NBA’s surprise teams. A couple of years ago, they made a midseason trade for Isaiah Thomas, who has become their leader. In his first half season, Thomas led the team to the playoffs.
Isaiah Thomas had the team back in the playoffs last year and this year they are the top team in the East. Even the Cleveland Cavaliers are behind them, this season. Much of this comes from Isaiah Thomas’ contributions to the team.
Unfortunately, Isaiah Thomas is not able to celebrate his career season the way he is supposed to. On the same day the playoffs began, when his Celtics play the Chicago Bulls, Isaiah Thomas, was dealt some of the worst news ever. His sister died in a car accident in a one car accident on Interstate 5 in Washington state.
