Four years ago, Issa Rae partnered with HBO and “Insecure” made television. The show has since gone onto become a cult classic and the top show on Sunday nights. Everybody is always talking about the series and it gets bigger, each year.

Culturally, there is a lot going on, and a major fight for equality. Shows such as “Insecure” fit this mold as a counter to what’s going on, politically. Since 2015, politics have began and ended with Donald Trump, the current president of the nation.

For whatever reason, Donald Trump ended up liking a video on Twitter, which was an “Insecure” promo. This wasn’t anything that got past Issa Rae, at all. She was quick to call the president out, asking “what the f*ck,” getting a big laugh out of Twitter.
