Issa Rae shuts down pregnancy rumors

Issa Rae has been sparking pregnancy rumors over the past week, due to many fans believing that she has a baby bump. This is due to a recent clip that has gone viral, of her at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C, where Issa hosted an event for Black creatives.

From that moment on, fans believed that the pregnancy speculation was a reality, for Issa. Based on the clip that has been floating sound on social media, most fans agreed that Issa was definitely expecting. Today though, she went on to shut that down though, as she tweeted “I am not pregnant, f**kyouverymuch. LET A B*TCH EAT DRINK AND BE MERRY.”

Issa did reach a huge intimate milestone in her life last year though, as she married Louis Diame. It looks like the two aren’t ready to be parents just yet, though. In 2021, season five of Issa’s hit series on HBO, “Insecure,” has also concluded. The show had been on the air since October 2016, and went on to become one of HBO’s biggest series in its history.
