Over the past week, J. Cole has been a major trending topic on social media. This is due to him putting out his surprise Might Delete Later” mixtape. 12 new songs were released, which included collaborations with Gucci Mane, Young Dro, Ari Lennox, Cam’ron and more. Furthermore, Cole also went viral, due to responding to being dissed by Kendrick Lamar, on “7 Minute Drill.” However, Cole went on to surprisingly publicly apologize to Kendrick, during his Dreamville Festival performance.

Meanwhile, J. Cole is trending for yet another odd on-stage moment. He was brought out by his Dreamville artist, Bas, last night, in New York City. There, they performed their 2018 “Tribe” collaboration. However, it was obvious that Cole forgot a lot of his own verse. As a result, he attempted to get help from the crowd, who rapped along to the lyrics.

Bas’ initially kicked off his “We Only Talk About Real S*it When We’re F*cked Up” Tour, in early March. The show in New York City marked the very last date of the tour, as bringing out J. Cole was supposed to wrap it up strongly. This tour is named after his studio album, which was released in Decemebr. 17 songs were released, and contained collaborations with J. Cole, A$AP Ferg, and more.
