His album has been out for a day and J. Cole is one of the most-requested men of the hour. Born Sinner is J. Cole’s sophomore album and he has been getting fans ready for the album for over six months. “Power Trip” with Miguel easily won the fans over, but no follow-up single came.

Most who have heard Born Sinner have been pleased with the sound of it. Jay-Z praised the album during his #newrules Twitter rant. During this rant, he also praised the work of both Kanye West and Rihanna. But, J. Cole is the one with the most to prove out of all the members of Roc Nation.

Hitting back at the negative reviews of Born Sinner, J. Cole boldly took to his Twitter to speak on the matter. “Your 1 listen reviews are fucking up hip hop” is what J. Cole had to say about the critics. On a lighter note, J. Cole also joined Sway Calloway on the couch over at MTV’s “RapFix Live.”
