A few days ago, J. Cole had his fans very happy as he revealed that his sixth studio album, “The Off-Season,” would finally be arriving on May 14. On Thursday afternoon, the Dreamville artist revealed that the first single from the album, “Interlude,” would be released at midnight.
Interlude is now here as fans counted down the hours until its release all day on Thursday. Fans have since taken to social media to express their satisfaction with Cole’s delivery on this record. They believe that if this is any indication for how The Off-Season will sound, he will definitely have his sixth straight number one album.
Fans also added that they believe Cole has a firm hold of hip-hop again as he is in position to have another dominant year. Others also believe that at this point, it’s safe to say that Cole is one of the best rappers that hip-hop has ever seen, as evident with his success over the past decade.
