J. Cole’s manager says upcoming tour with Drake was intentionally planned to be held in smaller markets

J. Cole’s manager explains Cole & Drake touring in small markets

On Monday, Drake revealed that a second leg of North American “It’s All A Tour” dates will be coming in 2024. This is the “Big As The What?” edition of the tour. The first show will kick off on January 18, in Denver. That will be the first of two straight shows in Denver, at Ball Arena. Furthermore, the tour will run until March 27, where it’ll conclude in Birmingham, AL. In addition to these dates, J. Cole will also be performing at many of them, as well.

Meanwhile, many fans are wondering why Drake and J. Cole aren’t performing in bigger markets, as well. As a result, Cole’s manger, Ibrahim Hamad is now addressing this. He took to Twitter/X, to explain that that was the intention, due to these markets not seeing major artists such as Drake and Cole, many times.

“I feel your pain,” said Hamad to a fan on Twitter. “But this is not a major city run, the run is for the secondary market we don’t get to go to as much and do shows like how we use to. All Love to DC though.”

Hamad also added that they wanted to return to the markets that they used to grind in, during their come up. Therefore, many fans applauded this, due to caring about fans in other markets in the US. The first leg of the tour concluded last month, with two shows in Drake’s hometown of Toronto.
