J Holiday gets made fun of due to his aging

J. Holiday was one of the last R&B artists to have a strong debut, in the traditional sense. In 2007, he debuted with his single, “Bed,” which became a huge radio hit. After that, his single, “Suffocate,” became a radio hit. During that time, Fat Joe was on his label. As a result, J. Holiday did the hook on his hit single, “I Won’t Tell.” Since then, J. Holiday faded from the spotlight. But fans have brought him back, making fun of him in a new photo, where he has aged. This is another oddity of social media.

J. Holiday actually landed his first major placement with Mims. The “This Is Why I’m Hot” rapper was also on the same label as J. Holiday. So, for the sake of cross promotion, J. Holiday did a song with Mims on his debut album. The song, more or less, was album filler. However, it did enough to help J. Holiday launch into his own career. While J. Holiday’s run didn’t last long, he made quite the impact while he did have his time.

J. Holiday, like everybody else alive, has gotten older since 2007. The fact of the matter is that he’s no longer a man in his mid twenties. He’s now closing in on his forties, if he’s not already there. On Facebook, a photo of J. Holiday ended up going viral. The photo was actually a post celebrating his birthday. Ironically, the people shared the photo, making jokes about J. Holiday looking older. However, there were some people who spoke out in his defense.
