Ja Rule is not Dead, victim of Pre-April fools Joke

A month ago, Ja Rule found himself the topic of discussion for his favorite topic, his music. Following years of disappointment, Ja Rule finally released a new album. For the first time in nearly a decade, the Queens emcee was being judged for his music and not his rivals. While his album was met with positive reviews, it has been an overall commercial failure.

In a case of “back to reality,” Ja Rule has returned to being the butt of jokes. Ironically, all of this has taken place while Rule is serving time in prison. The praise of Ja Rule ended when his low record sales were revealed. Jokes immediately followed, but the most-recent joke shocked fans who happened to be online within the past hour.

There were several reports of Ja Rule dying in a plane crash overseas. Those following the rapper questioned the authenticity of the story, given his prison sentence. Recently, it was revealed the story is a hoax, as Ja Rule was the early victim of an April fools joke. Ja Rule, while not in a favorable place, is safe and sound in Riker’s Island, and not dead in the water, following a plane crash.
