Jadakiss talks “Top 5 Dead or Alive” and Madison Square Garden performance with “Sway In The Morning” [VIDEO]

Six years ago, Jadakiss delivered The Last Kiss after fighting Def Jam for two years over the Kiss My Ass title. But, Jadakiss received a very warm reaction to his album. This prompted Jadakiss to reveal he was already working on a new album, due in 2010.

Titiling this album Top 5 Dead of Alive, Jadakiss took it upon himself to be that “album a year” rapper. During this quest, Jadakiss was faced with countless setbacks. Making up for the lack of an album, Jadakiss did release a yearly mixtape or EP, ending in 2012.

Jadakiss visited Sway for “Sway In The Morning” on Shade 45 during the 2015 NBA All-Star Game festivities. This is where Jadakiss gave an update on Top 5 Dead or Alive, which has still yet to come. He also talked about the performance he and The L.O.X. did at Madison Square Garden.
