Jamal was looking like a snack tonight! #Empire lady viewers were here for Jamal Lyon on the “Empire” season premiere #EmpireWednesday

Last season, “Empire” focused on Jamal (Jussie Smollett) dealing with the aftermath of his shooting. This led to him being caught in a love triangle and now he appears to be moving on. Unfortunately, Jamal is being targeted by Diana (Phylicia Rashad) because of his family.

Elsewhere, Lucious (Terrence Howard) was caught up in the explosion that Andre (Trai Byers) planned. Now, the entire family is dealing with the aftermath of Lucious’ latest tragedy. On top of it all, Warren (Terrell Carter) is now sniffing around Jamal at Diana’s behest.

But, the ladies weren’t worried about any of that, tonight. When they saw Jamal, they saw a snack, issa snack, folks. They were here for Jamal in all of his Jamal-ness and let it be known, on social media.
