Over the course of the past few years, a lot of comedians have been coming up. Tonight’s episode of “Tales” had Lil Duval and DC Young Fly, showing their continued growth. Now, James Davis has his own show on Comedy Central.

“Hood Adjacent” is his show and it is beginning to receive a lot of promotion, at the moment. Earlier this summer, the show premiered, showing off the other side of black life. Often, the hood, and the upper class black life is shown, but never the middle class, the biggest class.

James Davis stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” where he would sit down with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. During the interview, he spoke on his “Hood Adjacent” series and the impact that it’s having. He addressed how his show is exploring the culture of Black America.
