There were times when it looked like the Celtics and Rockets might change the landscape, but they didn’t. Everybody is going in on them, but it was never going to be easy to beat the Cavs or Warriors. These two teams have owned their conferences for years.
This season, both the Warriors and Cavs have shown dents in their armor. Both teams looked beatable, this year, but they managed to hold on. Just like how people thought the Raptors could do it, they thought the union of James Harden and Chris Paul could do it.
James Harden played a heck of a series and he put up some amazing numbers, tonight. But, he didn’t shoot well, at all, and the Rockets suffered, because of it, blowing a 15-point lead. Now, Twitter is going in on Harden, accusing him of “choking,” and also being cruel to him for walking off and not shaking hands.
