Last night, the Trumpet Awards aired on TV One and it was a big moment for Jamie Foxx, as advertised. In the days leading up to the Trumpet Awards broadcast, they aired a commercial of Jamie Foxx in tears. It was last night when the world found out why.
A major figure in the urban entertainment field, Jamie Foxx is a multitalented personality. Starting out as a comedian, Jamie Foxx branched out to become an actor, singer, host, and producer. These accomplishments made him the perfect man for the Pinnacle award.
Being both honored with the award and given a tribute, Jamie Foxx clearly had a proud moment. With his whole family present, Jamie Foxx accepted the Pinnacle award for his accomplishments. Having his daughter read the books of the Bible with no flaws, Jamie Foxx was very emotional and he won over the audience on Twitter.
