Janet Jackson makes appearance at #BETAwards, Tinashe and Ciara do tribute performance, Twitter reacts with praise

As advertised, Janet Jackson made her return to the game tonight at the 2015 BET Awards. There to tribute her was Ciara, as countless fans hoped for on social media. Also taking time out for the tribute was Tinashe, last year’s phenom.

Janet Jackson saw her hits from the 1980s all the way up to the 2000s chronicled. At the end of the performance, led by Ciara and Tinashe, Janet Jackson, herself, stepped up. She was there to receive the Ultimate Icon award, which was presented by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

Graceful as always, Janet Jackson thanked everyone for their support of her, over the years. As everyone knows, the album is coming this fall and the “No Sleeep” song played at the show, last year. The fans on Twitter gave everything about Janet Jackson two thumbs up tonight.
