What happened to the customer always being right? There used to be a time when businesses went over and beyond to look out for their customers, both active and potential. The past couple of decades have seen that deteriorate, with stores no longer claiming responsibility.

Furthermore, many business owners have become open with their racism. Despite taking money from all races, many business owners have had choice words for the innocent black lives lost. Many of them have come with the “n-word,” to boot.

Jarrett Thompson is a young man, a father, and a hard worker, simply trying to make his way in life. Recently, he decided to business with Alpha Glass Company. Texting with the owner, Thompson asked if the Mercedes still for sale, and the owner replied “not to a n*gger like you,” which he shared on Facebook.
