Jay Z Congratulates Migos on Release of New “Culture III” Album; is Also a Fan of “Avalanche” Single

On Friday, Migos finally released their highly anticipated “Culture III” album. This ended up being their first project together since January 2018, when they put out “Culture II.” This album was led by singles such as “Straightenin” and “Avalanche.”

Culture III as a whole contained 19 tracks with features from Drake, Cardi B, Justin Bieber, Future, the late Pop Smoke, and more. Now, the Atlanta trio has impressed a hip-hop legend with their album, which is Jay Z.

Migos shared a screen shot of a text message from Jay, which showed his approval for Culture III. The song that he’s feeling the most is “Avalanche,” which he labeled as “beautiful.” He ended up giving them a big congrats as well.

“That Avalanche song is beautiful. Congrats to you and the guys on the album. Peace God!”

At this point, many anticipate that Culture III may be the number one album in the US on the Billboard 200 chart next week. Migos will definitely have some competition here though, with Polo G’s “Hall Of Fame” album. If Migos does reach this milestone, this would be their third consecutive number one album. They could have the number one song in the country on the Billboard Hot 100 chart as well with “Having Our Way,” featuring Drake.
