When it comes to overall growth, Jay-Z has shown what a man can do in a short frame of time. It’s been nearly 22 years since Jay-Z dropped his first album. The Reasonable Doubt released marked the official launch of Roc-A-Fella Records, officially making him a businessman.

Jay-Z made himself a force in the music industry and, eventually he created Roc Nation. Along the way, Jay-Z went from being “100 grand strong,” to being a millionaire, to the “100 million man.” Combining his and Beyonce’s assets, Jay-Z is now officially a billionaire.

His last album, 4:44, talks about Black Excellence, and what it means to be wealthy. With as much as Jay-Z makes, he can afford to spend $100,000, while out partying. Recently, he was at Playroom NYC, when he spent $91,000 on Ace of Spades, and a tip for the waiter.
