It’s hard to tell when Jay Z is coming out with something new or not. The last time Jay Z had an album, he announced it in the middle of the popular NBA Finals series in 2013. Jay Z appears and then he disappears, but he always has at least one foot in the game.
Through TIDAL, this foot has gotten much deeper, as the company is a premium hip hop entertainment service. Thinking outside of the box, Jay Z gave ownership back to the artists. Beyonce, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, J. Cole, and Usher are among the investors on board with TIDAL.
Yesterday, Nicki Minaj was asked when her single with Jay Z was going to be released. She told the fan the single would come in three days, before deleting the tweet. Now, Jay Z has taken over, releasing the artwork for the single, “F*ck U Pitchin,” to the public.
