This is one of the best summers hip hop has had in a long time. There are plenty of hip hop albums out from all of the greats of past and present. None of these releases are any bigger than Jay-Z and Magna Carta Holy Grail. After all, it’s a full event any time that Jay-Z decides to come out with a new album.
Yet and still, Jay-Z dropped a new album and this doesn’t happen too often. Not only does the world have an abundance of Jay-Z music, they also have him appearing in music videos. With close to 1.5 million copies sold in his first week, Jay-Z is now preparing the first single, “Picasso Baby.”
Earlier today, Jay-Z was plastered all over Vine and Instagram, as he performed “Picasso Baby” on the spot. This also is the official behind the scenes for the official music video. So, once again, for those who do not have the album, Magna Carta Holy Grail is available now, but check him out performing at the Pace Gallery in NYC.
