A million times over, Jay-Z has managed to change the hip hop game. He put forth an impressive run during his original reign, from 1996-2003. Jay-Z came back for another run from 2006-2009 and has dropped in for visits in the time since then, appearing on albums from many of the biggest artists in the game.
Jay-Z is preparing his latest comeback with Magna Carta Holy Grail and he continues to break down the game. Through his partnership with the Samsung Galaxy, Jay-Z managed to sell one million copies in his first day with his album. But, his album sales will not be counted.
With five million extra dollars off this deal, Jay-Z surely does not care how his album is ranked. All that matters to Jay-Z is that the people get a chance to hear his latest studio album. Getting closer to this July 4 release date (for Samsung Galaxy owners) and the official July 7 release date, Jay-Z released the track listing.
