Jay Z continues to remain as Director of TIDAL, as this comes after selling the streaming platform to Jack Dorsey’s financial services company Square, in 2021. Moreover, TIDAL continues to become of the biggest music streaming platforms, to this day. In 2023, Jay also continues to work with the NFL on their Inspire Change social justice program, as well as their entertainment events.
Meanwhile, Jay Z has just uploaded his “Couple Songs Of ’23” playlist, to TIDAL. This showcases some of his favorite records that were released, this year, as well as artists who broke out in a major way.
40 songs were included here, as artists who Jay Z added were Drake, Andre 3000, Sauce Walka, Offset, Killer Mike, Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, Veeze, Larry June, Tyla, Mozzy, Cardi B, Latto, Travis Scott, Victoria Monét, and much more. As a result, streams for many of these star artists in general is now expected to skyrocket even further, after Jay Z shouted them out in a major way like this, on his platform.
