Six years ago, Trayvon Martin was brutally murdered and robbed of the opportunity to life out his full potential. While nothing can be done to change this, many changes have been made. At the forefront of racial profiling have been Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, Trayvon’s parents.

Jay-Z was one of the many celebrities to speak out, as he did a song, after Florida ruled to let his murderer walk free. Since then, he has frequently met with his parents, and used his platform as a voice for these victims. It should come as no surprise that he was in Miami.

Today, the Peace Walk and Peace Talk rally was in Miami, with 99 Jamz doing the coverage. Supa Cindy, and the other members of the team were present, as Jay-Z spoke on Trayvon Martin. He said he wants his legacy to be like others who lost their life, for the culture, such as Martin Luther King and Gandhi.
