Jaylen Brown impostor tricks Celtics fans after game
Jaylen Brown helped keep the Boston Celtics afloat, when they should’ve fallen apart. In 2018, Brown was forced to step up in his second year. Alongside Jayson Tatum, they took the Cleveland Cavaliers to the Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Injuries to Kyrie Irving and Gordon Hayward made them step up. After that, Kemba Walker was brought in. Once that failed, Tatum and Brown led Boston back to the NBA Finals. Now, a Jaylen Brown lookalike is hanging out at the Garden, fooling the fans.
Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum looked like they’d battle it out for the face of the franchise. Brown has decidedly become the second option. As a result, fans now look at him as a player who doesn’t show up in the big moments. Honestly, the world outside of Boston says the same things about Tatum. Much of this stems from the Celtics losing to the Warriors in the 2022 NBA Finals. Also, the Celtics came up short against the Miami Heat, in last year’s Eastern Conference Finals.
Jaylen Brown and the Celtics hold the best record in the East. In addition, they have the NBA’s overall best record. However, sports pundits still feel Boston isn’t good enough. With their blowout home loss to the Clippers, many critics feel like they’re right. Again, Jaylen Brown is getting a lot of flack. But, he was playing against a focused Kawhi Leonard. A few days ago, a Brown lookalike was hanging out around the home arena for the Celtics, TD Garden. Many fans believed he was actually Brown.
