It’s a burden and a blessing for anyone bold enough to start their own company. Being in the hot seat means everyone around is needed to help the business grow. Unfortunately, it seems that only the person overseeing the business sees it that way.

Jermaine Dupri knows all to well what it’s like to go out and build a company, finding success, and failing. In a ten year span, he did all of that too many times to count. But, when he got it right, he got it right and this was usually when Mariah Carey was involved.

HipHollywood sat down with Jermaine Dupri and Bow Wow. The first clip from the interview has Jermaine Dupri talking about Mariah Carey. In the interview, he says Mariah Carey doesn’t always take her career as seriously as she should.
