Jim Jones Will Face Five Felony Charges For Drugs And Gun Possession After Police Chase
Jim Jones was involved in a crazy car chase with police back in June and is now facing some serious charges for the incident, according to TMZ. After finding guns and drugs in his car, police are charging the Harlem rapper with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Jones is also being charged with a sixth count that is a misdemeanor marijuana possession. The car chase incident originally occurred on June 20th in Coweta County, GA. Among the drugs found by police were oxycodone, vape cartridge, Percocet, and two pistols.
According to TMZ, Jones nor the three other people with him admitted to possessing the drugs and guns. His arraignment will take place later this month and could face more than 30 years in prison.
