In that series, the Heat lost in six games. The quick turnaround to the next season saw the Heat get swept by the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round. Last season, the Heat won the East’s best record, but lost to the Celtics in Game 7. This year, the Heat upset their way to the Finals, including a Game 7 win in Boston. That series was scary for Heat fans and Jimmy Butler has audio showing how scary it was.

Jimmy Butler joined the Miami Heat during the 2019 free agency. During his first season, he led the Heat to the NBA Finals. After that, the Heat have dealt with a series of playoff disappointments. This season, the Heat were teams’ playoff disappointments. Miami fell into the play-in, after posting a 44-38 records. There, they lost the opening game to Atlanta, but won their second game. As a result, they were the eighth seed in the East. They became the first eighth seed to beat a one seed 4-1, upsetting Giannis and the Bucks.

Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat found their groove in the playoffs. After beating the Bucks in five games, they beat the New York Knicks in six games. In the Eastern Conference Finals, Butler and the Heat put the Boston Celtics on notice. After winning Games 1 and 2 on the road, they came back home and won Game 3. However, the Celtics won three straight games. This scared one Heat fan so badly that he left Butler an audio message on IG, begging him to finish Boston off.
