Always, Joe Budden is the man of controversy, because he speaks his mind. In fact, Budden speaking his mind is the premise of Complex’s series, “Everyday Struggle,” with DJ Akademiks. The two go back and forth, dissecting all facets of hip hop.
Joe Budden made things interesting, when he and Lil Yachty got into it, opening the door for Twitter beefs with Slim Jxmmi. However, when the Migos interviewed with them at the BET Awards, things got heated between both sides. On Twitter, Joe turned it into a joke.
When he and Akademiks got back to “Everyday Struggle,” Joe Budden broke his silence on what happened. He said it was all due to their attitude, as to why things got tense. Budden went onto say he wasn’t going to be sucking up to anyone, when they have the platform.
