Putting Tahiry Jose and Joe Budden back into the same orbit has led to ratings gold for the VH1 network. “Love & Hip Hop” is the most-popular television series on cable and the biggest star in the new season is Joe Budden. Recently, Joe Budden’s addiction came up, as both Tahiry Jose and Raqi Thunda have addressed the issue.
