According to reports, Joe Jackson is not doing too well. Without the efforts of Joe Jackson, music may be vastly different from what is has been. For starters, as the father to the Jacksons aka Jackson Five/5ive, he is the reason for several music icons being born.
Joe Jackson had an unmatched determination, pushing his family into show business. While his methods were heavy-handed, it led to them taking over music. Particularly, Michael and Janet, especially Michael, owned the music industry, for decades.
Back in 2009, Michael Jackson died a very sad death, at the age of only 50 years old. Joe Jackson, meanwhile, has been blessed with a long life and is 89 years old. However, sources close to the family are saying he is in the hospital, suffering from terminal cancer.
