Joe talks making “Power” theme song, election day, R&B, and more with #TheBreakfastClub [VIDEO]

In the 1990s, Joe had an amazing run with “Stutter,” featuring Mystikal being one of his highlights. When 50 Cent was rising to fame, he found support in Joe. Their work helped to extend Joe into the 2000s, for a brief period, as he was a part of some G-Unit classics.
By 2014, unfortunately, Joe had fallen from mainstream stardom. All of this changed when “Power” premiered on Starz. The Omari Hardwick-led series features Joe singing the hook on “Big Rich Town,” the theme song performed by 50 Cent.
Joe recently stopped by “The Breakfast Club” and talked to DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. During the interview, he discussed the “Power” theme song, before tackling the Election Day conversation. He would go on to talk about R&B in 2016 and his new album.
