Much credit goes to Ben Simmons, for the Sixers’ win, as he’s the face of the franchise. But, similar to the Utah Jazz, the key to their wins is their balanced team effort. With that being said, Joel Embiid is a major cog in this engine, making the Sixers run.

In the case of the Miami Heat series, JJ Redick stepped up, and was the X factor, putting Philadelphia over the top. Going into tonight’s game, the city of Philadelphia got good news. It started with Meek Mill being released, and then Lil Dicky video-bombing TNT.

Gametime came and the Sixers fought off a tough Miami Heat squad, but Ben Simmons and company took the W. Going to the second round, the Sixers spoke with the press. Joel Embiid and JJ Redick talked about closing the Heat out, in this game, and the series.
