Establishing himself as a star in the industry, A$AP Rocky became the next major artist from the city to emerge. Joey Bada$$ has made a major dent on the mixtape scene and appears on A$AP Rocky’s Long.Live.A$AP.

At the young age of seventeen, going on eighteen, Joey Bada$$ is considered by many as the next big thing. Recently, Joey Bada$$ released his “Unorthodox” track, which is produced by DJ Premier. In addition to his new song, Joey Bada$$ has a new mixtape in the works, along with a deal as the creative director of the Ecko clothing line.

The Source recently spoke to Joey Bada$$ talked about his goals of helping Ecko re-establish themselves. Other topics touched upon was his appearance on “1 Train” leading people to believe he signed with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, something he denied.
