John Legend sets the record straight with IBNN News on Twitter

The killing of Michael Brown has the hip hop community in an uproar, because it is one of many senseless killings of young, black, men. Many of these murders have been at the hands of police officers, though not all of them have. Two years removed from Trayvon Martin’s death, one would hope things have changed.

What’s going on is enough to make any caring person break down in tears. At the very least, they show come type of concern. One person who is concerned is John Legend and he has used his incredibly large fan base to sound off on a situation in which he deems unfair.

John Legend spoke out on Twitter about the violence last night and he received a surprising response. IBNN News felt the need to come at John Legend to tell him to stay in his lane. Not one to back down, especially in a situation like this, John Legend sent the record straight in a matter-of-fact way.
