John Singleton helped launch the film career of Ice Cube and Tyrese. In addition to them, he helped Morris Chestnut, Taraji P. Henson, Nia Long, and countless others become household names. His recent work, with “Snowfall,” is making Damson Idris a star.
Recently, John Singleton suffered a stroke, and there were conflicting reports about whether or not he was in a coma. Unfortunately, he was really in a coma, and he was on life support. This afternoon, he was taken off life support, and has since passed away.
