It really did look like the Washington Wizards were going to go in there and blow the Celtics out in Game 1 in Boston. But, the Celtics probably figured falling behind in this series might really cost them. The 0-2 start against the Chicago Bulls was scary enough.
On the other side, John Wall and Bradley Beal have to be upset with how things played out. Heading into the series, most fans felt Wall and company would take this series in six. This only heightened, when they started the game on a 16-0 run, although they later lost by twelve.
John Wall and Bradley Beal talked to the media in the post-game interview. Much of the conversation centered around their strong play to begin the game, and how it fell apart. The two talked about how the game played out and what it will take in order to actually beat the Boston Celtics in this series.
