On July 29th, Jon Jones shocked the world defeating Daniel Cormier once again this time with a TKO. Jones appeared to be emotional when crowned the new UFC Light Heavyweight Champ. The sad thing is the drug test results show Jones has tested positive for anabolic steroids.
Jones was immediately stripped of the title and it was given back to DC. If you follow UFC then you know Bones tested positive for steroids a year ago at UFC 200. Jones claims he was taking a male enhancement pills that apparently had steroids in them. Pending a re-test as of right now Jones is no longer the champ.
His last failed test ended with a one year ban from the UFC. If these results stick, Jones could be facing suspension up to four years or more.
