Jonathan Majors dropped by Marvel after assault conviction

On Monday, Jonathan Majors’ assault and harassment trial regarding his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, finally concluded. This was for misdemeanor charges, which stemmed from an altercation between Majors and Jabbari inside of a taxi in New York City, in March.

As a result, Majors will be sentenced on February 6. Furthermore, he may receive a year in prison or probation. The trial initially kicked off in late November, as final deliberations were held on Friday and Monday.

Meanwhile, Majors is now beginning to lose even more endorsements. The latest now is from Disney and Marvel, who have just dropped him from all future projects, per TMZ. This includes his key role as Kang the Conqueror in the film “Ant-Man & The Wasp.” Majora has also been featured in the “Loki” series, which has been another success at Marvel.

The initial assault and harassment incident went down in March, after Jabbari claimed that Majors was texting another woman. Footage went on to show Jabbari trying to pull Majors back into the car, but she sustained injuries such as a fractured middle finger. Majors soon fled, as Jabbari soon attempted to chase him. The end of the night resulted in her attending a nightclub, and went on to pass out at Majors’ home, before he called police. However, Jabbari soon called for his arrest.
