Definitely, Jordan Peele has put in a lot of work, and is now regarded as one of the industry’s top directors. Much of his early, well-known, work came on Comedy Central, with “Key & Peele.” That platform allowed for him to create Get Out, helping launch him with a bigger audience.

Us debuted, to theaters, on Friday, yesterday, and it is already being met with tons of fanfare. Yesterday, alone, the movie grossed $27 million, compared to Get Out grossing $33 million, the entire opening weekend. This has Jordan Peele on course to make history, again.

Jordan Peele, with the Us movie, has garnered comparisons to Get Out, with fans saying Us is the Get Out sequel. If this is indeed the sequel, it is set to outperform the original movie. At $86 million, the projected box office debut total, Jordan Peele is set to make history, again.
