Josh Norman Receives The Meanest Stiff Arm From Joe Mixon In Preseason Game

It looks like the NFL is back and folks are already getting hype. I mean its just the preseason, but some incredible plays are becoming viral and causing some hilarious memes.

Take this preseason game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Washington Redskins. One of the more memorable moments from the game was Bengals running back Joe Mixon giving Redskin’s Josh Norman the meanest stiff arm. It definitely wasn’t pretty. Mixon had Norman break dancing out there.
