Boasting their best record in over a decade, the New York Knicks have made the playoffs for their third straight season. But, the Knicks got off to a fast start in the 2012-2013 season, but eventually they came back down to Earth in terms of wins. In the playoffs, the Knicks faced the Boston Celtics for the second time in three years.
Once again, the Knicks got off to a fast start, which many New York rappers loved. But, when it came time to close out, the New York Knicks came up short… twice. Following their overtime loss to Boston in game four, JR Smith returned to New York City with his team and drowned his sorrows.
Finally, the New York Knicks closed out the Boston Celtics last night and they are awaiting their opponent in the second round. Now, footage has been released of JR Smith in the club with two major names in hip hop. Heading into their game five loss, JR Smith partied with French Montana and Lloyd Banks.
