Dipset rapper Juelz Santana has been in prison for over a year now on weapons charges as this is part of a 27-month sentence. This stemmed from an incident at an airport where a gun in his baggage was found. In December of 2019, Kimberly “Kimbella” Vanderhee predicted that he’d get a early release this summer.
Santana is still on the grind with his music though as he has a new album set be released tomorrow in ‘#FreeSantana.’ It contains 10 tracks with a star-studded lineup of features from Dave East, Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, Jeremih, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Jeremih, Belly, and fellow Dipset group mate, Jim Jones. “23 and 1” was released as the lead single and was followed up with “Pink Eagle” featuring Dave East and Jim Jones.
