Unexpectedly, Juelz Santana is back in the game and he has caused quite a bit of commotion. Back as if he had never left, Juelz Santana was close to being placed into the same category as Dr. Dre. Six years ago, Juelz Santana announced his third studio album, Born to Lose, Built to Win.

Despite this announcement, all fans received until 2013 were a handful of mixtapes and a diss aimed at Jay-Z. But, for the most part, Juelz Santana took an indefinite hiatus and during this time, he left Diplomat Records. Back, Juelz Santana has several mixtapes planned, before releasing his album, which Lil Wayne will executive produce.

Recently, Juelz Santana sat down with Vlad TV and he discussed Dr. Dre and his long-awaited album, Detox. Back in 2010-2011, Dr. Dre looked as if he may drop the album, with “Kush,” featuring Akon and Snoop Dogg, and “I Need a Doctor,” with Skylar Grey and Eminem, coming. Juelz Santana heard neither song and called Dr. Dre “scared.”
