Last year, Juice WRLD caught everybody who wasn’t paying attention by surprise. The Chicago rapper had a unique sound and a wave that surrounded “Lucid Dreams,” his breakout single. After much opposition, that single topped Billboard.

Juice WRLD was one of 2018’s breakout artists and is now seeking to prove he is no fluke. Already, he has had a profound impact on the game, and got a huge co-sign. On her comeback tour, Nicki Minaj recruited Juice WRLD to co-headline her tour.

Recently, Juice WRLD stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” sitting down with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. Talking about his Chicago comeup, Juice WRLD had support from artists outside of his genre. He spoke on the “Lucid Dreams” success, rappers taking on heartbreak and mental health, Nicki Minaj, new music, and more.
