In the fall of 2011, Wiz Khalifa surprised the rap game when he announced his latest signing, Juicy J. Very much a new school artist, Wiz Khalifa wanted to surround himself with veteran influence. Juicy J brought that and so much more when he joined the official Taylor Gang roster.

Last summer, Juicy J enjoyed breakout success with “Bands a Make Her Dance,” initially a popular mixtape track. Capitalizing off the success, Juicy J decided to make it his official single, adding Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz to the track. Since then, Stay Trippy has been put in motion.

Each spring, the Paid Dues Festival takes place in California. At the 2013 Paid Dues Festival, Juicy J and Wiz Khalifa talked to Power 106’s Rikki Martinez. The two appeared on her “Rikki’s Quickie” segment and they discussed their tour experiences and the girls who jump on stage with them.
