Juicy J is inspired by Barry Weiss and L.A. Reid to one day become a major label CEO

Regardless of the person, everyone has a dream, and there are ways to make them come true. In the case of becoming big in urban entertainment, a lot of people start off in the rap game and they then branch out. This is the plan for Juicy J, who has spoke of being inspired by Jay-Z in the past.

Even the great Jay-Z wasn’t the first person to do what he has done. Guys who really blazed the trail were Jimmy Iovine, Doug Morris, L.A. Reid, and Barry Weiss, along with many others. These are the guys Juicy J wants to model himself after, even though he remains inspired by Jay-Z.

During a recent interview with XXL, Juicy J talked about his dreams of being a major record executive. Wiz Khalifa already named Juicy J the head of A&R for Taylor Gang, allowing him to work by both Wiz and Will Dzombak. In the interview, Juicy J spoke on being inspired by Barry Weiss and L.A. Reid.
