Out of everyone in the game who made comebacks, probably the least-expected artist to come back was Juicy J. In 2011, Juicy J signed with Wiz Khalifa’s Taylor Gang and he continued his consecutive mixtape releases. On his 2012 mixtape, Juicy J included the song, “Bands a Make Her Dance.”
Instantly, “Bands a Make Her Dance” went viral and soon the biggest rappers in the game began remixing the song. Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz added their vocals to the track, which was packaged as the first single off Stay Trippy. Now, Juicy J is focusing on the release of his album in 2013.
During his New York City promo run, Juicy J made his media rounds. Recently, Juicy J talked to Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club” and he also talked to their rivals, Hot 97. In his interview with DJ Cipha Sounds and Peter Rosenberg, Juicy J talked about his comeback and his work with Big Sean and Rihanna.
