In the Carolinas, there is an explosion of talent that’s emerging. A lot of emphasis has been put on the North Carolina rappers, who are definitely blowing up. But, please don’t sleep on South of the Border, as what’s going on in South Carolina is something special, too.
The growing South Carolina rap scene is seeing Just Rich Gates become a huge focal point. Focused on his grind, Rich Gates has himself and his whole crew turning music out. In 2020, they dropped a series of mixtapes.
Just Rich Gates experienced tremendous success, in 2020, making him a bit of an anomaly. The toughest year on record saw triumph for him, as he amassed 1 million Spotify streams and had two successful music videos, going viral, on YouTube. Coming into 2021, Rich Gates does have some new projects on the horizon.
